The Darwin TE Series Incubators of Heated and Cooled Laboratory Incubators utilize ultra-dependable Thermo Electric/Peltier cooling and heating to maintain uniform temperature as low as 10°C (TE09) or 20°C (all others).

(Should you need a lower temperature range, please see our Darwin DB series incubators.)

Due to our unique compressorless refrigeration TE Series incubators offer unbeatable long-life performance, minimal vibration, minimal noise, and low maintenance. In fac, our standard warranties for the cooling components is 7 years!

This results in a very large cost-savings, especially in electrical and maintenace. For instance, our TE030 consumes 1/4 the electricity of some of our competitor's models while giving tighter uniformity specifications.

TE09 Laboratory Incubator our smallest standard incubator. This underounter unit can fit most laboratory benches. Units can be stacked with optional racking set-up.

TE030 Laboratory Incubator is a full-size, reach-in, 30 cubic foot incubator with a single door.

TE055 Laboratory Incubator is a full size,reach-in, 55 cubic foot (2) door chamber.

TE085 Laboratory Incubator is a full size,reach-in, 85 cubic foot (3) door chamber.

And if a three door chamber isn't big enough, we can cost-effectively manufacture a room, conditioned chamber or compact incubation closet for you.

Warranty Information

These ultra-efficient incubators employs Peltier /Thermoelectric cooling systems with heat for unsurpassed temperature uniformity and control with minimal vibration. The cooling components are warranted for 7 years. This size is designed to fit through most commercial doorways or smaller doorways by tilting. TE Series chambers use roughly half the electricity of our compressor driven models and roughly 1/4 the electricity of some of our competitor's models.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION:
• Stainless model has stainless steel front door, and sides on exterior. Interior is stainless steel side walls, back, floor, ceiling, and door liner. This unit includes LED interior lighting.
• Standard model features stainless door, front, and brushed aluminum sides. Interior has coated aluminum side walls, door liner,and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling.

DOORS:
• Positive seal, self-closing doors (gravity cam-lift) with 120 degree stay open feature. Door gasket removal and installation is tool-less. Glass door models feature double pane,"Low-E" glass.

INSULATION:
• Entire cabinet structure and doors insulated using foamed-in-place CFC-free polyurethane foam.

SHELVING:
• Wire shelves (3 per door) available in stainless steel or PVC coated. Shelves capable of supporting up to 200 lbs. Gray PVC coated shelves are standard.
• Full height shelf support pilasters, with double oblong holes on 1" centers. Pilasters made of the same material as cabinet interior. Four (4) chrome plated, stainless steel shelf clips to be included for each shelf

COOLING SYSTEM:
• Top mounted, thermoelectric cooling system.• Peltier based technology is solid state, highly efficient, reliable.• Semi-Redundant cooling capability.

ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
• Unit completely pre-wired at factory, and ready for final connection to a 115/60/1 phase - 15 amp dedicated (recommended) outlet. Unit runs approx. 4 RLA under test conditions.• A cord and plug set is included.
• A sole use circuit is recommended.
